- 10:00-10:20 AM – Strength, Agility & Mobility
- 10:20-10:45 AM – Ball Handling & Dribbling Series
- 10:45-11:15 AM – Daily Skill Focus (e.g., Jab Moves, Triple Threat)
- 11:15-11:55 AM – Shooting Drills & 1v1 Competitions
- 11:55 AM-12:00 PM – Snack Break & Fun Game (Bump)
- 12:00-12:55 PM – Competitive Games (2v1, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5)
- 1:00-1:50 PM – Lunch Break
- 1:55-2:00 PM – Warm-up
- 2:00-2:45 PM – 1v1 Drills, Team Shooting, & Relay Races
- 2:45-2:55 PM – Shooting Contests & Bump
- 2:55-3:00 PM – Awards & Prizes
