🔹 10:00-10:20 AM – Strength, Agility & Mobility

🔹 10:20-10:45 AM – Ball Handling & Dribbling Series

🔹 10:45-11:15 AM – Daily Skill Focus (e.g., Jab Moves, Triple Threat)

🔹 11:15-11:55 AM – Shooting Drills & 1v1 Competitions

🔹 11:55 AM-12:00 PM – Snack Break & Fun Game (Bump)

🔹 12:00-12:55 PM – Competitive Games (2v1, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5)

🔹 1:00-1:50 PM – Lunch Break

🔹 1:55-2:00 PM – Warm-up

🔹 2:00-2:45 PM – 1v1 Drills, Team Shooting, & Relay Races

🔹 2:45-2:55 PM – Shooting Contests & Bump

🔹 2:55-3:00 PM – Awards & Prizes
